Don't know if anyone else has been eagerly waiting for this? but I remeber 2 years ago they promised a March release,I know I went to game the day they promised it , to be met with a blank look well now it has gone gold and is set to launch 20th March woohoo . Lets just hope it lives up to the wait and has not turned into some P.O.S like Boiling Point!

I'm kinda sceptic on this one. Graphs dont look all that hot, but maybe the gameplay/experience is still enjoyable.

I'll try a demo first before spending any money on this one .

Never bothered with the beta as from what i read the code was really bad and I did not want to jade my experiance of this game after such along wait. I do not think it will be the game it was supposed to be 3years ago, but it could still be good. Regarding the graffix if the gameplay is good and the whole thing immersive, then I can live with the fact it is not next gen! Put it this way when F.E.A.R came out it did admittedly look good, but how boring it became and even the expansion pack was more of the same. Oh yeah Bioshock has a lot of potential another one I am following the development of keenly

on the graphics level it is a top whack what dx 9.c will push out. they also did the light following joby tht the crysis demo shows with dx 9 so it aint realy nothing new (look for the demo when a stalker is attacked and the light gets hit and spins around the room)as for the game its gritty looking and kinda what is expected keep an eye out for the 64 bit version as well .note to those with low end system i think the game is dx 8 compatable dont hold me to this but i did see some early test stuff with the dx8.1dx9.c written in the game commenters diologue box but tht was nearly 2 years ago when i read it
fingers crossed we will have another winner on our hands especialy in the replayability stakes

Been playing since monday and what can I say, it is hard on your rig if you run your settings high @1200x1000 average 35fps all pretty maxed out, it is buggy,Ai is not perfect and story line is not so hot, but you kinda get hooked after 2hrs or so of playing. Early on the weapons are a bit naff and hd is shite but it gets better. Just been down in a underground base and omg shit myself when an invisible thing with a face like squid attacked me, I managed to to kill IT and took great pleasure in bagging the ugly mofo. But then just a little way on this creature controlled my mind and made me zoom in and out on his face well freaky! Oh yeah and early on drank a little too much vodka and got set on by a group of dogs . I do not think it is the game we may have expected but it is quite addictive, just wish there was a co-op mode. If ya got the wonga check it out, but dont expect it to be easy on your system!
